We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Family Medicine team.
The Clinic RN will provide high-quality, comprehensive care to patients of all ages and help manage every disease entity.
This role requires excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Schedule: 0.9-1.0FTE(36-40 Hours) Mon-Fri Variable Days Compensation: $33.79/hr +DOE Robust Benefits Package Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive patient care for individuals of all ages and manage various disease entities Collaborate with healthcare providers to perform examinations, procedures, and treatments Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and medications Educate patients and their families on a wide range of healthcare topics Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Assist in managing inventory and ordering medical supplies Participate in continuous professional development and training activities Qualifications: Current and valid RN license in MT Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in family medicine CPR certification Proficient in electronic health records (Cerner preferred) and medical software Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to care We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
