Description The Quality Improvement Specialist performs functions that support the hospital and medical staff to continually improve patient care, reduces risk, and provide excellent customer service. This position provides support, facilitation, and coordination to support clinical and process improvements throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Actively enrolled in Bachelor's Education Program.Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.3 years of experience within a health care organization.Preferred Qualifications: Master's DegreeExperience with process improvement theories and methods, adult learning principles, and data analysis methods.Why Join Providence? The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
