About the Role:
As a Product and Marketing Manager for Drug Testing at Siemens Healthineers, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Syva product line. You will have the opportunity to impact countless lives by defining and promoting high-quality drug testing products globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Define new instruments and assays for Drugs of Abuse and Therapeutic Drug Monitoring to meet market demands or create new markets.
Provide leadership in product and concept justification during funding cycles.
Lead marketing activities from identifying customer needs to managing product launch and discontinuation.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans specific to the Drug Testing Syva product line.
Analyze market trends and develop targeted messaging and positioning.
Shape commercial readiness requirements and oversee execution plans.
Your Expertise:
5+ years of marketing experience including planning, brand building, campaign development, and new product launches.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results with a customer-driven mentality.
Subject matter expertise in IVD and Drug Testing markets preferred, with experience in Laboratory Diagnostics.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to develop business cases and financial models.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $135,000 - $186,000 annually (or $163,000 - $210,000 depending on experience)
Annual incentive target: 10% of base pay
