Position Overview: Route Service Representative As a Route Service Representative, you will play a vital role in meeting our customers' needs by delivering and picking up rented products along an assigned route. This position offers a consistent work schedule with daytime hours, Monday through Friday, so you can enjoy your evenings and weekends for personal and family time. We offer full-time, 1st shift positions, and provide paid holidays off.
\n What You'll DoBe the face of Dempsey Uniform, building strong relationships with key decision makers, ensuring quality standards, and proactively resolving customer concerns.Drive a truck along your established route, service and sell within your existing customer base, and introduce new product solutions to benefit the customer's business.Combine your customer service and sales skills to naturally expand your route and increase your earning potential.Maintain accurate invoice inventories, conduct inventory audits, identify additional products and services that can further benefit the customer, and negotiate service agreement renewals.Work professionally, safely, and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations.
