The Associate will support day-to-day operational efficiency by maintaining client data through Salesforce CRM, preparing quarterly and on-going reporting for the advisor team, and establishing or improving ongoing processes for business development and client servicing.
This role is Part-Time with an expectation of 20-30 hours per week.
Primary ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate your responsibilities would include the following activities to support the advisor team:Support the advisors leads and opportunities pipeline through SalesforceOnboarding the advisors' clients by assisting with proper setup of client files and documentationPreparing quarterly agendas, investment reports for distribution to clientsUsing the Salesforce CRM system proactively, to help the team maintain regular client contact and balance workload across multiple clientsMaintaining client data in Salesforce and following designated workflows and compliance proceduresCoordinating for the advisors their client meetings including materials, agendas, meeting minutes and post-meeting action itemsImplementing and monitoring investment change processes under advisors' supervisionOther duties as assignedIdeal Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in finance or business-related field preferredExperience working within the securities industry preferably within retirement plan practice preferredExperience working with Salesforce Proactive communicator who can adjust message and style to the needs of our clientsStrong disciplined skills driving follow-up with Client Advisors and clientsStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills -Extremely reliable, proactive, and self-motivatedCompany Overview:Cerity Partners is a leading, national financial services firm serving high-net-worth individuals and their families, businesses and their employees, and nonprofit organizations from its offices across the country.
