Safety Manager

Triversity Construction is looking for a Safety Manager, are you ready to make the move? The Safety Manager is responsible for safety inspections and other safety services including implementing health and safety plans and education, enforcing policies, and evaluating practices and facilities to ensure compliance. They conduct training sessions, monitor compliance, investigate accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement. They also communicate guidelines to employees, report on health and safety issues, and, in partnership with others, develop relevant policies to maintain a safe workplace. We are looking for someone with:A bachelor's degree in occupational safety/health OR related industry experience and 5+ years of safety management experience.OSHA 500 training certification preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Strong work ethic and team building skills.Strong understanding of safety in a construction environment.Proven record of strong written, verbal communication skills and presentation/training experience.Ability to effectively present to both an internal and external audience.Working knowledge of MS Office suite and other industry related programs.About us: Triversity is a full-service construction company headquartered in Cincinnati, OH.
