A Brief Overview
This role is on our Clarus R+D sales team. The Clarus R+D sales team consults clients and prospects on Research & Development Tax Credits. The position is responsible for completing targeted outboundcall activities to determine sales opportunities.

What you will do
• Manage sales activities to include targeted outbound calls, emails, and social selling to discuss prospective clients' needs and available solutions
• Process leads through the sales cycle by qualifying prospects and setting sales appointments
• Work with the Solutions Sales Consultant team to reschedule "No Show" appointments
• Document all client and prospect interactions in Salesforce; use tools such as social media, phone, and email
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams through feedback and ideas to increase the number of qualified prospects, develop strategy, and identify key contacts and opportunities
• Develop an understanding of all products and services to properly identify qualified sales opportunities
• Provide demonstrations of the functions and utility of products or services to prospective clients based on their needs or schedule appointments with sales consultants
• Complete required minimum number of calls and sales activities weekly to consistently achieve monthly quota
• Represent TriNet Clarus R+D at local networking events with prospective clients
Education Qualifications
• General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training - Preferred
Experience Qualifications
• Typically 2+ years

• Demonstrated aptitude of sales skills - creativity is a plus
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone and video meeting skills supported by strong interpersonal skills
• Strong and confident phone and video meeting presence

• Ability to juggle multiple prospects with timely, responsive follow-up
• High energy, positive, and achievement driven
• Takes direction but is a self-starter and works independently toward goals

The salary range for this role is $41,600 to $57,600. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience.
Candidates hired into roles in the sales organization are also eligible for commissions consistent with TriNet's commission plan.
