Client Summarization: Our client is a virtual practice/business in a box for doctors it delivers patients, medical coverage, Virtual workspace, EHR, E-prescribing, and Virtual telehealth visit tools and functions that enable flexibility for the patient and the providers allowing remote visits, replacing the current brick and mortar practices and throwing away the "ball and chain" that come with it. We are seeking a Sales Director who will manage all the sales operations in our business. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. The Sales Director will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions' accounts. Your duties will include motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition. You will demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills. Background Qualifications- Education and/or Experience:5 to 7 years of direct sales experience and managing a department orBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration, or relevant fieldSaaS/software and/or medical/healthcare background is a HUGE plus!3 to 5 years of experience managing a small teamIn-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practicesProven ability to maximize salesCapacity to manage various projects and work with tight deadlinesDemonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client focused, differentiated and achievable solutionsExcellent negotiation skills and leadership skillsSkills Needed:Strong ethical leadership abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong people skills working with a variety of clients and vendorsOutstanding organizational skillsExcellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsGreat listening, negotiation, organizational and presentation skillsEssential Responsibilities:Leading and motivating your Sales team to improve customer service with clientsDesigning and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targetsCultivating and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targetsNot afraid to "get hands dirty" and support team while working with clientsDeveloping and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectivesCreate and maintain detailed and accurate sales reportsWorking with clients and customers to better understand their business needs and goalsBuilding and maintaining good customer relationships with clients and vendorsAssessing costs, competition and supply and demand to identify selling pricesEstimating sales volume and profit for current and new productsEstablishing a sales training program to train new sales staffMeeting with Director of Operations and CEO to assess company performanceExceeding annual sales targetsUnderstanding category-specific landscapes and trendsAdditional day-to-day tasks will be discussed during the interview process. Salary, Benefits, and Perks:Base Range- $82,009K - $87,018K; Commission 50/50/25 OTE plan- 50% of the base from day 1, plus another 50% paid quarterly as goals are met, and an additional 25% of revenue for exceeding sales goals1099 Contract with the possibility of W2 employment after 90-day reviewRemote, must be US Citizen; No relocation necessaryThis opportunity is for someone looking to work for a small business that offers flexibility.
