Responsibilities: Understand and translate new customer requirements into functional and product specifications. Communicate customer requirements internally for effective qualifications. Work with customers to ensure new business development meets qualifications. Address and understand customer quality complaints, communicating them internally. Ensure corrective actions taken internally are communicated effectively to customers. Qualify new products at customer locations. Proper use of personal protective equipment. Following documented procedures. Regular workspace cleaning and reporting unsafe conditions to management. Requirements Preferred: 4-year Packaging Engineering degree. 4+ years' experience in PET Packaging Engineering/Field Support within manufacturing. Experience developing packaging lines based on customer requirements. Ability to communicate with multiple internal and external partners for innovative solutions. Data-driven and process-oriented. Team player with strong relationship-building skills. Analytical, problem-solving skills with sound judgment. Effective communication, coaching, and people skills. Strong computer skills.
