DSI is a rapidly expanding company with over one hundred employees. As an employee-owned company you will have the benefit of being an owner participating in the ESOP accumulating shares of company stock as you earn. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and manage sales teams across North Dakota, Texas, and New Mexico. This role requires up to 50% travel to ensure team success and support strategic business growth. Schedule: Monday-Friday; up to 50% travel (Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana)

\n$160,000 - $240,000 a year
Incentive Pay: based on sales performance. Target total compensation is $200,000. There is no maximum. Job Responsibilities: ·       Manage and mentor sales teams to achieve individual and company goals. ·       Provide quarterly sales forecasts and support teams in growing strategic accounts. ·       Collaborate with the executive management team on marketing budget, business development strategies, and targets. ·       Lead the sales team through each phase of account growth. ·       Travel up to 50% across territories to support teams and clients. Knowledge, Skill & Abilities: ·       Proven experience in managing sales teams in oil and gas. ·       Excellent leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning skills. ·       Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple territories. ·       Skill in "solution sales" ·       Skills in selling services ·       Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry and technical aspects of operation ·       Proficient understanding of electrical and automation equipment and devices DSI will provide: ·       Company truck ·       Company phone ·       Company laptop \nDesign Solutions and Integration is a prominent player in industrial solutions, celebrated not only for their expertise in design and integration but also for their distinction as an employee-owned company.
