We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at a leading manufacturer of modular and tiny homes. In this role, you will drive business growth by marketing and selling our innovative new manufactured homes and services in Alexandria, LA. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate sales professional who excels at building strong customer relationships.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new customers interested in modular and tiny homes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential buyers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, technical sales, or a related field
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes

Income Potential with salary + Commission: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00+ first year
