The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Manager in the sales process, including following up on leads and arranging confirmed appointments with customers. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects in regard to sales. Provide expert product guidance and updates to customers. Support and manage orders from initial stages through to delivery. Develop long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service. Identify, generate, and manage sales opportunities with new and existing customers. Develop new business through proactive and creative sales activities and identifying future market opportunities. Support our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) with market research identify new customers and product applications. Carry out team administration tasks, including following up on sales leads and quotations. Arrange sales meetings between clients and the Regional Sales Manager (RSM). Support pipeline and forecasting with the RSM. Assist with follow-up tasks, activity notes, and new client communications to keep the RSM on the road. Share technical knowledge to train colleagues and new starters. Utilize our CRM system (NetSuite) to track opportunities, coordinate quotes with other subsidiary offices, and departments. Qualifications: Confident communicator (both verbal and written). Passion for giving excellent customer service. Previous sales experience. Detail oriented and able to multitask. Technical proficiency with CRM and marketing automation software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize. Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
