What You Will Do
Develop, implement, deliver, and measure sales training programs for sales team.Analyze training needs and collaborate with sales leadership and people team to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs and content.Collaborate with sales leaders to assess training needs and develop programs focused on product knowledge and effective sales techniques.Monitor and evaluate sales team performance to ensure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Design strategic sales plans and training curriculum to enhance the sales team's abilities and performance.Engage in one-on-one reviews with sales staff to maximize performance and address individual training needs.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards within the sales training programs.What You Will Bring
Proven experience and measurable success in a sales training role (luxury retail space a plus).Strong knowledge of effective sales techniques and industry best practices.Excellent communication, content development, and presentation skills.Ability to analyze sales data and create effective training programs.Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.Strong technical skills, utilizing multiple media tools to develop and create content.Experience with sales competency identification and program development.Familiarity with creating and deploying sales education materials for various learning formats.Familiarity of learning & development concepts and content creation.Experience working in direct sales a plus.
