We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support our program with NORU in Pensacola, FL. This role will be performed on a hybrid basis (part telework) and is contingent on funding. The mission of the Navy Recruiting Orientation Unit is to provide technical and professional development training for recruiters to inform, attract, influence, and hire the highest quality candidates from America's diverse talent pool, and to conduct periodic inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable instructions. In this role you will be responsible for developing and administering training plans for Navy's recruiters using Salesforce.
