We are looking for a Salesforce Enterprise Architectto join ourSalesforce Deliveryteam inNorth America. This is an exciting position where you'll be driving customer engagements by determining process gaps and pain points, then rapidly designing and implementing best-in-class solutions across multiple industry verticals with a focus on Revenue Cloud. Ultimately, as an Architect you will serve as the primary design owner and trusted SME for all related deliverables. Responsibilities: Support demand generation activities including providing subject matter expertise, thought leadership and sales cycle supportLead strategic road mapping, solution architecture, and delivery of Salesforce Revenue Cloud to unify business processes firm wide.Oversee end-to-end delivery and adoption of Salesforce solutions across sales, service, marketing, finance, and operations teams.Define and manage programs to drive Salesforce effectiveness and user adoption through training and change management.Establish integrations between Salesforce and Spaulding Ridge's technology portfolio.Perform hands-on configuration of security, data models, processes, rules, and approval flows to meet business requirements.Optimize quote-to-cash processes through CPQ tools, self-service channels, and automated renewals.Implement billing solutions and revenue recognition processes to enable subscription management.Define metrics and reports to measure process quality and user adoption to resolve issues.Identify expansion opportunities across existing client relationshipsMentor and develop consulting teams on Revenue CloudQualifications: 6+ years in enterprise Salesforce delivery and solution architectureExpertise with lead-to-cash technologies including CPQ/CLM, Billing, Payments, OrdersExperience implementing finance solutions like orders, billing, and revenue recognitionHands-on configuration and development skills on the Salesforce platformAbility to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environmentOutstanding relationship management and strategic planning abilityStrong functional/technical background in cloud platforms (Salesforce, managed services, digital transformation)Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilitiesExcellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
