Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Salesforce Business Analyst to join our world-class team in Auburn Hills, MI USA. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in determining and implementing flawless Salesforce solutions for our clients in the media industry.
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex business processes, requirements, and systems from end-to-end to identify opportunities for improvement and address operational risks. They provide strategic guidance, lead projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions.
Should be open to work hybrid and work from Auburn Hills, MI office for at least 2 days of week.
Key Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, processes, and workflows from stakeholders across multiple business units. Translate complex business needs into functional specifications, process models, and technical requirements for development teams. Lead business process re-engineering initiatives by conducting in-depth analysis, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending innovative solutions. Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. Develop and maintain project documentation, such as RTM, process flows, use cases, and test plans. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, communicate project status, and present findings to diverse audiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring alignment with business strategies. Identify and drive process improvements by analyzing data, recognizing patterns, and conceptualizing optimized processes.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in leading complex projects and initiatives in Banking Domain. Knowledge and experience of working on Salesforce based implementations. Understanding of nCino loan origination platform will be preferred. Knowledge of JIRA and other Agile based delivery framework tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand and translate complex business requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in working Agile/hybrid as well as Waterfall frameworks.
