Roles and Responsibilities: Minimum 10 years of programming experience with Salesforce.  Certified Application and/or system Architect. At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.  Experience defining architecture from ground-up with industry best practice, platform security, controlled data access, integration patterns, application framework, Salesforce OOTB features, user onboarding, data migration, core object model, and user experience design. At least 7 years of experience in leading the sales, service and experience cloud implementations.  Expert in LWC, LWR and APEX programming. At least 5 years of experience with developing and supporting environment strategy for large organization. Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.  Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects.  Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.  Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing off-shore teams.
