By joining our team, you can help clients achieve impact and value from their investments in both people and technology that support enterprise-wide operations, as well as solutions for specific functions in the organization, from IT to finance and the supply chain.Work you'll do The clients business office is responsible for providing business and technical support to users of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemThe analyst fulfilling this position will support the client's depot maintenance activity group as a part of their efforts to migrate to and stabilize use of the ERP System.The analyst will provide SAP technical support for the client's acquisition/procurement processes; specifically outgoing funding documents and contractingThe analyst works directly with client's government personnel, ERP end-users, and business process owners to analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issuesThe analyst provides sustainment and end-user support as well as technical guidance for the creation and maintenance of ERP purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, service entry sheets, and invoices as they relate to acquisition/procurement business processesAnalyze, resolve, and track end-user issues and problems as they relate to the clients ERP outgoing funding documentsAnalyze, resolve, and track end-user issues and problems as they relate to the clients ERP contracting procurementGather and analyze ERP data to answer data requestsCreate local vendors to support procurementsDevelop recommendations and alternatives to potential solutions to limit impactsAssess business process recurring errors and locate root causesAnalyze and resolve the clients ERP problems and issues and work with the business office and the clients ERP Sustainment teams to resolve HEAT ticketsPerform analysis of changes and solutions being made to the clients ERP to develop testing methodologies and plans for the outgoing funding document, contracting and workflow processesExecute outgoing funding document, contracting and workflow testing to ensure changes and solutions perform as documented and do not inversely impact the client's business processesAssist in gathering and compiling inputs for proposed system and business process changesThe team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes—is designed for impact. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103k-$190k. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
