Responsibilities: Implement the SC state First Steps 4K curriculum to prepare children for success in kindergarten. Welcome our families. Engage them in conversation about their child's education, and the features and benefits of our programs. Have fun in everything you do! ECD 101 required or CDA, required for Assistant positions. Associates Degree, or Bachelor's Degrees in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field required for Lead positions.
