Job Opportunity: School-Based SLP in Millbrae, CA Position: Elementary School-Based SLP Location: Millbrae, CA Caseload: Approximately 40 students (PreSchool - 5th grade) Work Year: ASAP - May 30, 2024 Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (7 hours per day, plus a 30-minute lunch) Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at an elementary school in Millbrae. This is a high-priority position requiring a skilled professional to support a diverse caseload of elementary students. Requirements: Current CA SLP license (CTC license preferred; must be open to applying if not already obtained) At least 2 years of recent school-based experience is preferred Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Experience in running Social and Lunch Bunch Groups is preferred Valid driver's license with own transportation Local candidates are strongly preferred due to the urgency of the start date Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language services to students from PreSchool through 5th grade Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress Conduct assessments and track student progress Why Join Us?
