School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Position Near Santa Clara, CA Soliant Health is currently seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists to join a school district near Santa Clara, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide essential services to students in need of speech and language support. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with the role starting ASAP and extending through the end of the school year on 6/4/25. Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student eligibility for services Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student needs and progress Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid California SLP license or eligibility for certification Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team This position is 35 hours per week and offers a supportive and collaborative working environment.
