Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Corona, CA. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them succeed academically and socially. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills. Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to each student's needs. Provide direct speech therapy services in individual and group sessions. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to integrate communication goals in the classroom and at home. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting goals and tracking student progress. Provide training and resources to teachers and parents to support communication development outside of therapy sessions. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid California state SLP license. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Prior experience in a school setting is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
