Position Details: Location: Elementary school in California Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Contract: W2 contracted for the entire 2024-2025 school year Pay Rate: $50-$53 per hour, based on qualifications and experience Key Responsibilities: Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct thorough psychological assessments of students to evaluate cognitive, academic, social, and emotional development. Report Writing: Prepare detailed psychological reports and interpret assessment results for parents, teachers, and IEP teams. IEP & Meetings: Actively participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings, providing insights and recommendations to support student growth and development. Behavior Support: Collaborate with teachers and staff to address behavioral concerns by developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in classrooms. Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis counseling and support to students, families, and school staff as needed. Consultation: Work closely with parents, teachers, and other school professionals to help identify strategies and interventions that enhance student learning.
