Position Overview: As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in students from Kindergarten through 5th grade. You will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized plans that support each child's speech and language needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students speech and language skills. Develop and implement tailored intervention plans for students with communication challenges. Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings. Collaborate with teachers and staff to create supportive classroom environments. Educate and engage parents on strategies to support their child's communication skills. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate findings effectively. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
