About the Job Responsibilities Generate and maintain mammalian cell lines for internal and external projectsPerform mammalian cell transfections, lentivirus productions and transductionsPerform flow cytometry for binding assays, immunophenotyping, and cell-based functional assaysPerform ELISA/MSD to quantify cytokine levels in cell supernatants from primary cell-based functional assaysPerform primary human immune cell isolation, culture and differentiationPerform luminescence-based reporter cell functional assaysConduct independent data analysis contributing to scientific discussion and presentationsCollaborate with other team members to support internal and external projectsRequirements Bachelor's degree in Biology or a similar discipline2+ years of hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and molecular biologySome experience or knowledge of flow cytometry and ELISA is highly desiredExcellent attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and ability to communicate effectivelyExcellent organization/planning skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyQuick ability to learn scientific knowledge and experimental techniquesDiligent, self-motivated, independent and strong sense of responsibilityGood interpersonal skills for building relationships across functions internally and externally
