Job Title: Software Engineer Duration: 12-months contract (Possible extension/conversion) Location: 100% Remote Pay Rate: $51/Hr on W2 MUST HAVE: Experience with C#, .Net and Selenium. Responsibilities: Develop testing solutions using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to create maintainable and extensible test framework. Implement solutions using User Acceptance Test Driven Development Principles. Investigate problem areas within the applications and report them. Estimate development work at both the EPIC level and story level granularity. Analyze development requirements of moderately complex development work. Develop solutions using design patterns to create maintainable and extensible software. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts Investigate problem areas within the applications and implement the appropriate fixes. Enhance our Agile development methodology by focusing on lean principles and taking advantage of teaching opportunities with other teammates. Provide leadership and mentorship to other SDETs and be able to provide long term project panning. Requirements: 5-8 years of development experience or equivalent. QA and Development experience must-have. Knowledge of C#, OOP must-have. Experience with Selenium very good to have. Database experience (Oracle, SQL) must have. Will not have direct reportees but must be open to mentoring junior-level testers in the team. Experience in Healthcare or Financial sector (Security) is nice-to-have but not compulsory. Should display leadership qualities and great communication.
