Your Role Reporting to the Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager, you will support our customers by providing helpful information, and providing solutions on a timely basis regarding our customers' concerns and questions. You will be the customer advocate for both our US Operational Care Center and our overseas Customer Care Locations to help ensure that customers' Customer Satisfaction Promise is fulfilled. Your Responsibilities You will
provide proactive consultancy to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting customer development You will
collaborate management, Sea Logistics operations (Operational Care
Center), and sales to ensure we are providing an enhanced customer
experience.You will be
involved in Financial Excellence & Development to monitor revenue
versus costs.You will also
provide Kuehne+Nagel price quotations and updates, setting the final
selling price with individual adjustmentsYou will be
responsible for integrating and maintaining customer data into
Kuehne+Nagel systems.This Establish
