Seasonal Store Associate

Position Overview: A successful Seasonal Store Associate will provide exceptional service to customers and strive to create special experiences.

Position Details: Develop comprehensive knowledge of products to provide solution-oriented, friendly service to customers.
Communicate sales, promotions, and company policies effectively.
Respond to and resolve customer concerns in a positive manner.
Assist in merchandising and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in the store.
Accurately process register transactions and perform other duties as directed.
What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.
Operates with integrity and trust.
Excellent communicator and collaborator.
Environmental Factors: Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
Frequent reaching, bending, and lifting up to twenty pounds.
Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees.

Compensation: $14.00 - 15.47/hour.
Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, federal, state and local minimum wage requirements, etc.
