ResponsibilitiesAs a Strategy Project Associate, you will coordinate internally to deliver industry-leading results for a host of political, advocacy, union, and nonprofit clients.
Through your organizational and project management skills, you will aid in the development of innovative digital advocacy, fundraising, and advertising campaigns that move our clients toward their goals.
To accomplish that, you will need to:
Collaborate directly with strategists to push client programs forward by:Drafting client call agendas and sending follow-up reminders post-callAttending and taking notes on client callsEnsuring timely responses and facilitating conversations across teamsUpdating relevant calendarsPerforming quality assurance checks prior to client deliveryCoordinate across Trilogy departments to accomplish internal and/or client goalsCoordinate content and creative development (including email, advertising, social media, and multimedia content), production, reporting, and optimization of clients' campaign plansFamiliarize yourself with Trilogy's internal operational systems to participate in monitoring timelines and performanceCoordinate internal approvals for all client deliverables and manage the client approval processEnsure that internal materials, such as client documentation and team resources, are up to date and filed correctlyMaintain the integrity and distribution of large amounts of confidential dataAttend client events as neededComplete timesheets on a daily basisComplete other duties as assignedRequired SkillsHere are traits and skills that most successful Project Associates will bring to the table:

You not only come up with creative new strategic ideas, you seek out knowledge on emerging trends in the space and bring them to the team.
You aren't just interested in checking boxes; rather, you continually suggest new strategies that improve results.You have experience: You are familiar with project management and/or digital marketing best practices and have interest in Democratic politics, issue advocacy, and/or organizing.You thrive in a team environment: You are a strong verbal and written communicator.
You find satisfaction in the success of the overall team and believe in fostering positivity, collaboration, and open communication.
You are proactive and excel at problem solving.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with the following techniques and technologies will be helpful and certainly a plus, as it allows you to better communicate internally and understand the capabilities of your team.

Location$68,750 per year, in accordance with Trilogy's transparent salary structure.
