The successful candidate will work remotely, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth administrative functions. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:**
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of communications, meetings, and action items, ensuring all information is up to date and accessible.

- **Documentation & Reporting:**
- Prepare, edit, and proofread various documents, including reports, presentations, and memos, adhering to company standards.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) to streamline information retrieval and ensure compliance.

- **Decision-Making & Problem Resolution:**
- Assist in decision-making by providing necessary information, insights, and recommendations to supervisors and team members.
- Identify potential issues and suggest solutions, demonstrating proactive thinking and a solution-oriented approach.

- **People Management and Collaboration:**
- Foster positive relationships with team members, clients, and vendors, ensuring open lines of communication and collaboration.
- Support onboarding processes for new team members and assist in training as necessary, contributing to a welcoming team atmosphere.

- **Project Coordination:**
- Assist in the coordination of special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant information and create an environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a logistics or corporate environment.
- High school diploma required; an associate's degree or higher preferred.

- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Understanding of project management tools is a plus (e.g., Trello, Asana).

- **Personality Traits:**
- Dedicated: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving team goals and objectives.
- Reliable: Maintain consistency by meeting deadlines and completing tasks with accuracy.
