Job Description

The Red Gate Group is seeking a Security Cooperation Analyst to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in its mission to counter weapons of mass destruction (CWMD) and manage global situational awareness. In this role, you will enhance and maintain the Operational Informational Management System (OIMS), a critical platform for sharing information across communities of action. You will provide expert support in training, quality assurance, and analysis to ensure that DTRA's global operations are effectively monitored and communicated. Responsibilities:

Perform training and quality assurance for the Global Theater Security Cooperation Information System (G-TSCMIS).
Support DTRA planners and program managers in mapping security cooperation objectives in G-TSCMIS, and develop supporting documentation.
Provide expert analysis, reporting, and organization of DTRA security cooperation activities in alignment with Combatant Commands, Global Campaign Plan Objectives, and DTRA Strategic Plans.
Assist in coordinating and supporting DTRA activities, including Socium events, and ensure accurate data updates in DCAM and other authoritative sources.
Automate and publish DCAM into DPAM and integrate with DTRA's IT applications.
Display real-time data by pulling information from OIMS Oracle relational database tables for presentation to DTRA leadership.
Formulate and prepare briefings, training materials, and system documentation to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI
Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
At least 2 years of experience using G-TSCMIS and/or Socium

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience within the CWMD community
Security+ Certification
Experience with the C2IE web application
