The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full range of duties associated with classroom teaching and special education case management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students. Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment tailored to the needs of young children with autism. Collaborate with staff from a partner classroom (another PreK Autism classroom) to enhance learning opportunities and share best practices. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about student progress and goals. Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress.
