This position will be responsible for leading our WGNSTAR training and development program to train incoming individuals into the semiconductor industry.
Job ResponsibilitiesTrain individuals how to perform preventative maintenance and build assemblies, installations of semiconductor processing equipment in accordance with established specs.Follow an established curriculum to do classroom as well as on the job training in our Austin, TX facility.Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Required ExperienceExperience either as a Field Service Engineer in the semiconductor industry and/or a strong electronics/mechanical background and experience training/teaching others following a curriculum.Ability read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures and SPECs.Attention to detail, reliable, and commitment to quality and safety standards.The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, drug free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
