Role Summary: We seek a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be critical in ensuring client success, managing their onboarding experience, driving retention, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. With over 300 partners and rapid growth, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our client relationships.

Your Team: Initially, you will work closely with one team member focused on onboarding smaller partners. While this role is primarily individual contributor-based, you will have full control over building and expanding your team over time. You'll also collaborate directly with the company's co-founder and work alongside product and engineering teams to drive success.
Work Location: This position is based at our headquarters in Austin, TX. We work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Compensation: Salary Range: $90k-$130k, based on experience and qualifications.
