Senior Accountant -

Month End Close functions including preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation
Perform Variance analysis of Income Statement Accounts - Fund Accounting : Review capital call & distribution, review quarterly investor allocation (including management fee calculation, waterfall, etc.) for 7 main funds and review quarterly NAV packages produced by fund administrator. Manage relationship with auditors, tax preparers and compliance advisors.
- Management Company Accounting : review monthly expense allocations prepared by executive assistants, review quarterly financials prepared by the administrator. Oversee expense reimbursement, bill payment and cash management.
- Compliance : Assist with SEC filings such as ADV, Form PF, AUM calculation. On-going compliance monitoring such as restricted list, pre-clearance, reviewing quarterly transactions reporting.
- Ad Hoc : address investor requests, budget and forecast, performance tracking, ad-hoc analysis, etc.
