Job Summary: At Included Health, the Senior Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for three SVP leaders – Engineering, Product, and Information Technology. We are looking for someone who works acts ahead of time, anticipates needs, and produces successful outcomes. This role is based full-time Monday through Friday in our San Francisco office and is not remote.
\n ResponsibilitiesManage the daily needs and requests from the three SVPs you support, anticipating upcoming needsDevelop a general understanding of the team's function, goals, and priorities – so your support can be strategic and informedRespond to calendar scheduling requests meeting coordinationCoordinate meeting, event, and offsite logistics (catering, travel, logistics, and communications)Compile, submit, and track expenses in Workday and process Purchase OrdersSchedule interviews with recruitingPartner with other Executive Assistants for coordination and provide additional support/backupMaintain confidentiality with sensitive information Qualifications and RequirementsMinimum of 3+ years of recent, full-time administrative support, reporting to 1 or more executives (within last 3-5 years)3+ years of managing the calendar, expenses, and travel of executive or similar levelExpertise in using Google Suite, Slack, Workday, and Mac productsPrior experience concurrently managing calendars and priorities for senior leadersCollaborative approach to working across internal partnersOversee competing projects simultaneously by managing tasks systematically Excel in a dynamic setting with frequent changes, flex to changing priorities, and anticipate new challenges and technologiesThese teams build our products so collaboration, promoting teamwork, and community is part of the job Physical/Cognitive RequirementsPrompt and regular attendance at assigned work locationCapability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periodsEye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipmentNo heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer/laptop) may be requiredCapability to work with leadership, employees, and membersTravel required at least once per quarterHours: May require working outside of typical business hoursWe are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to job applicants

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are: Zone D: $100,607-130,793 + equity + benefits This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone.
