RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and best practices Ensure compliance with standards Manage project budgets and timelines Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization. MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices Proficiency in electrical design software and tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to obtain Security Clearance WE VALUE Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) Strong leadership and project management abilities Ability to drive innovation and implement new technologies Experience with advanced electrical engineering concepts and methodologies Expertise in specialized areas of electrical engineering (e.g. power systems, control systems, etc.) Publication record and active participation in industry conferences and forums Additional Information JOB ID: HRD247546 Category: Engineering Relocation Tier: Tier 2 Security Clearance: Aviation Authority (FAA for US): Band: 03 Referral Bonus: 1500 Requisition Type: Standard Requisition US Citizenship: Must be a US Person or able to obtain export Authorization.
