* The client is a mid-size firm offering integrated architecture and interior design services, delivering projects across diverse markets in the U.S. We seek a licensed Senior Architect to lead our project teams in creating intentional, innovative spaces that bring our clients visions to life.
Key * Lead architectural design for projects, utilizing the full resources of the firm.Oversee project coordination, including analysis, programming, scheduling, and establishing objectives.Ensure construction documents are accurate and reflect contract scope and design intent; coordinate technical details from vendors and clients.Conduct building code reviews with appropriate agencies and review progress with clients.Manage project design schedules, design fee budgets, and construction budgets.Collaborate with the Principal-in-Charge to oversee project agreements and manage construction bidding processes.Provide mentorship and act as a resource for the design staff. * Registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience post-licensure.Proven experience coordinating multiple projects, ideally in the hospitality sector.Experience with projects exceeding $10MM in construction value is preferred.NCARB certification is a plus.Compensation and * Competitive salary with annual bonus potential based on company performance.401(k) with a 3% company contribution.Health, dental, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance.Relocation stipend for strong candidates.Paid time off up to 160 hours, plus flex time and Friday afternoons off.Signing bonus and professional development assistance.Why Work at Client?
