SENIOR ASSOCIATE, COMPENSATION ANALYST

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Compensation to join our Business Compensation area of Reward in The People Team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Develop and provide a wide range of compensation analytics to support assigned business areas working with more senior Compensation Partners
Support Compensation Partners and business through analysis and providing guidance on compensation programs including job architecture, market analysis and incentive pay.
Provide support on small-to-medium scale technical compensation projects/initiatives or conduct research and data analysis on larger scale projects that are cross functional and global in nature
Establish working relationships with People Business Partners and Business Managers
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advance/graduate degree preferred
3-5 years of total work experience preferred
Technical expertise in applications such as Excel, Access, HR Systems (Oracle), etc.
