About the Role:
As a Sr. Digital Solutions Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and implementing Digital Solutions products. Your expertise will guide various departments in defining their direction, identifying requirements, and bridging gaps. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, software developers, administrators, solution architects, and testers, to prioritize and coordinate product releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration & Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Digital Solutions product vendors and partners.
Build relationships with stakeholders, including other Digital Solutions support teams, Digital Marketing, and Region/Enterprise departments.
Serve as a subject matter expert for technology-related issues, analyzing and troubleshooting with technical leads and QA testers.
Project Management & Implementation:
Lead prioritization of Pillar product backlog and release planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and deliver new platforms and systems.
Support Digital Solutions Roadmap updates, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Document functional and technical specifications for internal stakeholders.
Track requirements gathering for new or enhanced platforms.
Technical & Business Process Expertise:
Capture project scope, User Stories, process flows, and data flows based on business requirements.
Identify and recommend best practices for business processes.
Document epics and stories to inform future development work and enhancements.
Manage development ticket updates and tagging.
Training & Communication:
Ensure staff are trained and well-versed in new systems and functionalities.
Provide clear direction and foster strong relationships across the organization.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years as a business analyst.
Certification as a business analyst or working towards certification.
Experience in IT, including infrastructure, business applications, data, and security.
Proficient in Azure DevOps.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
Keen interest in learning about technology platforms and systems.
Understanding of system interdependencies.
Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Specialized Knowledge:
Experience working with CRM databases.
Knowledge of Marketing Software, products, and business processes.
Familiarity with patient support tools, hoteling, transportation software, human resources, and finance software tools.
Additional Information:
Ability to work well under pressure.
Willingness to work after hours, holidays, and weekends if needed.
Travel may be required.
Starting salary: $78,000 to $98,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and location.
