Senior Business Analyst

LHH is seeking multiple Mid-Senior level Business Analysts to assist our global client with a multi-year transformation/implementation project. Responsibilities Facilitates, develops, and refines business requirements, user stories, and documents outlining acceptance criteria for key program stakeholders. Documents intricate business processes and IT system interactions during the requirements gathering phase. Evaluates and manages the impact of all requirement changes throughout the program's lifecycle. Collaborates with internal and external team members to ensure delivery of agreed-upon business requirements. Records impacts on key stakeholders and personas for training and change management purposes. Works closely with teams responsible for application design, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria. Follows the established business analysis approach, including tasks and deliverables based on the project and delivery methodology. Conducts requirements analysis and documentation. Communicates effectively with various teams and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications as needed. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field is preferred. Preferred experience with tools such as Oracle, Visio, and Microsoft Teams. Demonstrated ability to gather and manage business needs and requirements. Proven track record of documenting business needs and requirements with diverse stakeholders, and delivering clear use cases and/or user stories that align with technical design and test documents.
