As our Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our platform infrastructure to support business operations and enhance user experience. You will collaborate across functions to create a platform roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and ensure seamless communication of changes to stakeholders.
The value you add: Develop a platform roadmap by creating cross-functional user stories, define priorities with a focus on exceptional user experience.Own the communication of all platform changes to end users and stakeholdersPerform, coordinate UAT testing, work with COE's to ensure requirements are translated to scalable solutions.Implement best practices, rules, custom settings, & automations to improve data qualityProactive system maintenance including security reviews, health checks, and environment monitoringEnable SFDC Reporting, Business Intelligence, and Analytics by creating custom fields, managing objects, and reporting related configuration changes.Maintain and improve documentation and training materials for support team and business users.Requirements The experience you bring: 2-4 years of experience in a technical or business SFDC role1+ years project management experienceSFDC Trailblazer certification preferredAble to train end users and key stakeholdersA proactive approach to platform enhancementsExperience in data governance and technical documentationAbility to manage project deliverables along with Sales support ticketsBenefits You will be joining an organization with the patient at the heart of every decision and action, driven by purpose as we drive exponential growth.
