A Sr. Consultant advises clients and implements solutions by combining project management fundamentals with an ability to engage and manage client stakeholders, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion.   WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Advises clients and implements solutions by combining project management fundamentals with an ability to engage and manage client stakeholders, resolve issues and drive projects to successful completion  Develops and manages project structures, schedules, budgets, resource plans, etc.  Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies and recommends key decisions for projects  Prepares, reviews, understands and maintains complex project documentation  Effectively leads meetings and drives discussions to necessary resolution to keep the project moving forward  Provides oversight for the quality of workstreams and/or components of the project  Builds strong partnerships through effective collaboration with team members and client stakeholders  Identifies potential Point B opportunities and makes introductions to appropriate contacts  Grows network through exceptional client service delivery and maintains relationships to support Point B business development  Coaches and mentors Point B associates and clients in developing new skills and growing their careers  Leverages individual strengths and abilities to get the work done  Consistently demonstrates and lives Point B cultural tenets and values  WHAT WE OFFER YOU:  The ability to chart?your career path based on expertise and passions  An environment that encourages you to identify new opportunities and supports you in reaching your goals  The chance to have a balanced lifestyle by working with local or national clients in a flexible consulting model  The opportunity to further enable fun and collaborative culture with teams that are as passionate about their communities as they are about their clients  A comprehensive, flexible Total Rewards program that supports and recognizes each's unique needs and contributions to the firm  WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:  7 to 10 years leading or participating in business or technology projects, preferably in a client facing consulting environment
Ability to manage complex projects, conduct business analysis efforts and process improvement activities 
PM experience leading mid-sized projects  Cross-industry experience highly desired, or deep experience in a strategic industry  Consulting experience desired, customer-facing experience required  Experience coaching or advising others on PM activities  Experience with technology, systems implementation, PMO, operations, or process improvement desired  Experience being an effective member of a team  Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree THE KIND OF PEOPLE WE LOOK FOR:  Ideally located in an existing Point B market with?flexibility and willingness?to travel up to 80%  Utility type players willing to work in an emerging market kind of environment (contribute to business development, market start-up activities, etc.)  Versatile consultants who thrive on variety, challenge, and some ambiguity  Innate problem solvers who want to grow in a flexible, collaborative culture  Engaging leaders who make a positive impact on their firm, clients, and communities  Accomplished consultants with a growth mindset who want to use their networking and relationship-building skills to help grow the firm  COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The estimated salary range for this role is $110,000-$177,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
