About the Role & What You'll DoSpur Reply is looking for a Consultant – Software Engineer to join our Ecosystem Tech and Transformation team. As a Software Developer, you will develop front-end and back-end web application architecture and enhance and sustain innovative solutions to improve the customer experience. In this role, you will work independently and participate in meaningful collaboration sessions on how to solve customer problems.

In our hybrid working environment, our general working hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday. While we strive for work/life harmony, client work may extend beyond these hours and may require flexibility in work arrangements.
The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $110,000-$130,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications, and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
