SRP (Salt River Project) is seeking an initiative-taking, exceptionally skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter, to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the absolute best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline with diversity. We are seeking someone with full cycle recruiting expertise.
This exceptional Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, will be a true consultant and advisor to the business, guiding them throughout the process, educating them on the talent market and industry trends, providing solutions, and proactively identifying future hiring needs.
You will be an expert at attracting candidates using various sources, such as social media networks, company databases, employee, and network referrals, as well as recommending other various industry tools and methods.
Initiate, drive, and manage various talent acquisition related projects. Be the point person ensuring immediate and future successes.

Based at our Tempe headquarters, with a requirement to be on-site at least two days a week Responsibilities Consult, partner, and guide the business/stakeholders throughout the end-to-end recruiting process, educating on their hiring needs and ensuring successOwn and advise managers on the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, assessing, offer, negotiations, and closeEnsures a high touch, white glove candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycleManages, prioritizes, and executes top talent hiring across a variety of roles leveraging the talent acquisition team members and tools for success Strategically interview and evaluate internal and external candidates, securing the top talent to present to the business Identifies, develops, and drives efficiencies and improvements in all TA processesInitiates and takes ownership on multiple projects ensuring successful outcomesSharpens job knowledge and identifies industry trends by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizationsEstablishes active measures to attract and recruit diverse talent to build a workforce representative of the communities we serveRepresents and champions SRP's organization's culture, mission, and values as the first point of contact for candidates and promote SRP as a 'best place to work"Be a thought leader and expert in all talent acquisition mattersMentor, train and develop fellow TA team membersOther duties as assigned Education Completion of a bachelors degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for this assignment.
Requirements Proven experience as a top performing recruiter in a corporate environment with a steady record of accomplishment in exceeding target dashboard metricsExpert at proactive sourcing and identifying diverse candidate pools through a variety of traditional and creative channelsExceptional interviewing and assessment skillsVast experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS); SuccessFactors exp is a plusExpertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational skills and time-management abilitiesModels growth mindset, someone that will think outside of the box and execute new strategies for success Unparalleled decision-making skillsThis is a hybrid position in the office a minimum of two days a week Hybrid Workplace SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
