What's involved in this role:
We are looking for a Senior Controller.
The Senior Controller acts as the financial business partner for the USA Manufacturing Vice President and the team by providing accurate and relevant financial information to drive and improve financial results.
Provide support to Operations by reporting key performance indicators.
Develop and maintain budgeting and results analysis programs.
Provide support for planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
Assist with year-end independent financial audit as needed.
Coordinate the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
Establish and implement short-and long-range departmental goals, tactical plans, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Support the standard costing revision at the plant level with the controllers' team and central Costing team.
Provide profitability category relevant data to manage profitability at the category level.

What you need to join our team:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in a business environment required.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
