The Senior Copywriter at Yes& is a brand creator and storyteller—an experienced and strategic wordsmith and creative problem solver. The ideal candidate is equally at home creating brand manifestos, crafting campaign copy, penning proposals, and scripting videos. They will be a key part of a team of artists whose work will resonate across a wide range of media. This person will love language and relish their ability to unleash its persuasive power.

\n Primary Responsibilities Collaborate with the creative team (creative directors, art directors, and designers) and strategists to create concepts for brands, campaigns, collateral, or other communications needed by clientsWrite dynamic and compelling copy for web, digital, interactive, video, print, social, and eventsWork as a conceptual creative and strategic thinker, contributing innovative ideas and the words to bring those ideas to lifePresent and defend creative ideas both within the agency and to clientsBe a team player and a self-starter with the ability to work independentlyProduce top-notch, unique, and out-of-the-box creative solutions for all mediaBe disciplined with the drive to learn more and continuously improve your craftProvide input and share ideas with the creative team throughout the creative processActively contribute to presentations and proposals, bringing a writer's perspective to the tableWork efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising qualityStay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to inform your writing Requirements 5 – 7 years of copywriting experience in support of clients, preferably in an agency settingDemonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tacticsStrong conceptual abilities, exceptional writing skills, and a solid knowledge of the digital landscapePolished client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client challengeTalent to inspire clients and team members with great conceptual thinkingVersatility in writing styles and tones to suit various brands and target audiencesExcellent proofreading and editing skills with a keen eye for detailStrong time management and organizational skillsKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications, MS Office, G Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint is a plus Experience with SEO best practices and writing for digital platforms is a plus Video production experience is a plus
