Senior Copywriter

MONO is looking for an ambitious Senior Copywriter with 4+ years of agency experience. You're right for the job if you're a self-starter, problem-solver, conceptual thinker, and imaginative storyteller capable of creating and producing innovative, shareable, meaningful, and award-winning work. You must also have a proven track record of championing ideas across various media channels as well as bringing energy and passion to your teams and projects. You are accustomed to working collaboratively with Account, Strategy, Media, Ops and Production to successfully bring creative campaigns to life.
You're not just a Creative, you're a Senior Copywriter expected to write with craft and care. From manifestos and idea descriptions to scripts, taglines, headlines, and social copy, you ladder every thought up to the strategy and make every word sing. Finally, you can sell ideas (both internally and to clients) through a confident, engaging, carefully considered presentation. Important to your growth as a Senior Creative, this role will include opportunities to provide mentorship to Creatives on the team who have less experience.
This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We currently observe a hybrid work model. We work onsite every Tuesday and Wednesday for Work From MONO (WFM) days with the purpose of fostering agency connection. Travel is required.
