As the Senior Business Systems Analyst you will be responsible for developing and delivering a world-class experience for our Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales teams.We're looking for folks who know what good looks like, but who are flexible, resourceful, collaborative, and really excited to join us on our adventure to figure out both the right long-term vision and the right next steps for tomorrow.What you'll doBe a thought leader and partner closely with key stakeholders in Marketing Ops, RevOps and Finance Ops to define capability driven GTM near term and long term roadmap aligned to business goals and priorities.Responsible for building effective and scalable solutions for complex business problems in the Lead to Order processesResponsible for stakeholder management in work prioritization to drive alignment across cross functional teams on strategic and transformational initiativesLead the digital transformation journey and manage timely delivery of initiativesHands on work involves Requirement gathering and functional testing and co-ordinate business UAT of projects and change requests Serve as the SME and primary contact between our business ops partners and technology team/vendors to ensure the scope well-documented and transformed into conceptual technical solutionsDiscover new opportunities to optimize existing processes to gain efficiency and improve user experience and productivityDevelop and author as-is and to-be business process/data flows, user journey maps, presentations, and effectively communicate the product vision and solutions at all levels in the organizationDefine what success looks like for this space and develop ways to measure and monitor successStay current on platform new features and releases; influence the team on implementing best practicesWho you are8-10 years experience in implementing complex, transformational CRM/CPQ initiatives spanning but not limited to technologies like Salesforce, CPQ, CLM or similar technologiesIn depth hands-on experience using Salesforce to develop business solutions for core GTM processes (Lead management, Pipeline management, Sales Forecasting, Account data quality and enrichment, Quoting/approvals management, Contract lifecycle management)Excellent project management skills and is well versed with PM methodologies Experience with agile-scrum methodologies for sprint executionCapable of driving difficult conversions, ability to influence and removing roadblocks to execute business strategiesSolid understanding of Salesforce features and capabilities, security models, and also aware of its limitationsDataloader and data manipulation skills must haveWorking knowledge of Gong, Outreach, LeadIQ, LinkedinSales Nav, Workato etc tools highly preferredLeanData experience will be a plusAbility to zoom in and out and able to switch gears with evolving business prioritiesProblem solving and critical thinking skills, technical acumen, excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectivelyCurious and growth mindset to learn and grasp new concepts and technologiesBachelor's or Master's degree in CS or equivalentAirtable is an equal opportunity employer.
