Changing the future of our firm, the industry and the advisor-client relationship.Job OverviewPosition Schedule: Full-TimeOverview:As a member of Information Governance within the Wealth Platforms, Data & Artificial Intelligence (WDA) team, the Digital & WDA RIM Leader will champion oversight and coordination across Digital and WDA RIM initiatives. They will also work closely with cross functional senior leadership across Legal (accountable for the enterprise RIM Program), Risk, Compliance, and other critical functions as a key stakeholder in the firm's enterprise RIM Program to ensure regulatory compliance, enterprise alignment and risk mitigation.This role will partner closely with the firm's RIM Program stakeholders; collaborate with Digital & WDA business and technical stakeholders to consult, define, execute, and oversee RIM processes; and support RIM Liaisons to ensure compliance with RIM Program. This is an individual contributor in a matrixed environment delivering against our record management and data retention objectives reporting to the Director, Information Governance.What You'll Do:Lead efforts to ensure Digital and WDA RIM has adequate RIM coverage and in compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights and champion their records and information management needsPartner with Legal RIM Program Project Leader on feedback, updates, escalations, etc.Ensure RIM Program is integrated with Information Governance and coordinate intersection of RIM Records and Data Retention (i.e. non records) including for example supporting compliance with Legal Holds as neededActively collaborate with RIM leaders across the Firm to strengthen the RIM Program. Develop and mature an industry leading posture on information management across the full information lifecycle while incorporating information and data governance, data management, and operational/regulatory requirementsPartner with Digital on identification of new records and other RIM related requirements as part of system development. Collaborate on highly complex and critical enterprise-level projects to provide input for system analysis, design, and enhancement efforts related to electronic records management platformsPrimary point of contact to provide RIM Program guidance and communicate changes to Digital & WDA RIM Liaisons. Review and update RIM schedules as necessaryProvide RIM Liaison onboarding / training and organize, support, and review RIM Liaisons support of RIMEscalate RIM compliance challenges to senior leadership and promote a culture of accountability and compliance within the organization.Develop a robust operating model that outlines the structure, roles, responsibilities, and processes for effective information management aligning and enhancing existing processes with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to records and information management. The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:Hiring Minimum: $113810Hiring Maximum: $193785Skills/RequirementsWhat Experience You'll Need:Demonstrated experience and strong thought leadership with records and information management, data and/or information governance strategies, policies, and frameworks from ideation through execution. Preferably demonstrate knowledge in areas such as data and information governance, policies and standards, information lifecycle management, information quality, risk management, and monitoring/enforcement.Maintains a high level of working knowledge regarding industry and regulatory trends, solutions, best practices, information governance concepts, and process improvement practicesDigitally savvy including demonstration of sufficient technical expertise to apply RIM requirements to RIM supporting systems such as Stellent, WORM, etc and proposes/champions solutions to address evolving RIM requirementsExperience in the financial services industry preferred. Leading in a matrixed environment on large governance projects preferredBachelor's degree in information management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
